Supreme Court to hear plea seeking court-monitored CBI, SIT probe in Hathras gang-rape case

The Supreme Court will on Tuesday hear a PIL seeking a CBI probe or a SIT investigation under a sitting or former Supreme Court or a High Court judge in the gruesome gang-rape and murder of a 19-year-old woman in Uttar Pradesh`s Hathras district recently.
