In case of minor girl, FB posts insignificant as evidence: Punjab and Haryana HC

The Punjab and Haryana high court has made plain that a Facebook conversation between a minor girl and a boy are insignificant for purpose of evidence of their relationship. In this case, the girl had initially deposed that she had left with the boy of her own will but retracted her statement twice before the magistrate, claiming that her consent was given under duress.
