President felicitates ex-CJI Sathasivam, recalls his contribution as Kerala Governor

President Ram Nath Kovind has facilitated former Kerala Governor and ex-CJI P S Sathasivam for his contribution in maintaining the dignity of the highest constitutional post in the state, nurturing Centre-state relationship and giving priority to the "service and welfare" of the people of the state.
