New rules leave ambulances stranded at Andhra Pradesh-Telangana border

Several ambulances were seen making a beeline near Pulluru toll gate in Kurnool district as Jogulamba-Gadwal cops refused to allow them unless they had a hospital document showcasing that they have a bed reserved at a private hospital.
