Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh refuses to budge over apology rider

In an indication of hardening of stance by chief minister Amarinder Singh, who has been miffed at the way Navjot Singh Sidhu was appointed the Punjab Congress president, the former’s office reiterated his stand not to meet Sidhu until the latter offered a public apology over his 150-odd ‘personally derogatory’ tweets.
