Maharashtra Covid cases up, but daily Mumbai tally falls to lowest in 2022

Daily Covid case detection in the city dropped to 5,708 on Thursday from 6,032 on Wednesday, the lowest so far this year. Cases have been mostly dipping this week after a sudden and steep climb since December.
