Gujarat: Restaurant owner kidnaps neighbour to pay his staff in Gandhinagar

Reeling under financial crisis and unable to pay salaries to his staff, a restaurant owner from Kalol allegedly got his 56-year-old neighbour abducted, hoping to clear his dues with the ransom money.
