Fourth wave scare: These states make wearing face masks compulsory amid rising Covid-19 cases

Amid the fear of the fourth wave of Covid-19, the governments of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Kerala and other states decided to bring back the mask mandates.
