India reports 2,338 new cases, 19 deaths in last 24 hours

India's active cases reached 17,883, seeing an increase of 185 cases from Monday. The active cases comprise 0.04 per cent of the total infections, while the national Covid-19 recovery rate was 98.74 per cent, the ministry said.
