Assam flood: Over 54.5 lakh people hit, death toll rises to 101; rescue operation underway

Assam floods: A total 2,32,002 people have been affected by the flood in 565 villages in Cachar district, 2,81,271 in 469 villages of Karimganj and over 51,000 in 98 villages in Hailakandi.
