U'khand man hangs self after failing Agniveer test

A 23-year-old man, Sumit Kumar from Satpuli, Pauri Garhwal district, about 150 km from Dehradun, allegedly hanged himself on Thursday after failing to crack the ongoing Agniveer recruitment rally test in Kotdwar.
