Plot thickens in Delhi LG-AAP row

Lieutenant governor V K Saxena on Wednesday asked the chief secretary to act on a complaint alleging that chief minister Arvind Kejriwal sold three commercial properties in his home state Haryana with “deliberate undervaluation”, evading stamp duty and capital gains tax worth lakhs of rupees.
