PM inaugurated incomplete AIIMS: Congress

Congress party has questioned the inauguration of incomplete AIIMS at Kothipura in Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday, while at the same time party has taken credit for the construction of AIIMS and Hydro Engineering College by claiming that land and infrastructure was provided during the tenure of previous Congress government headed by then chief minister late Virbhadra Singh.
