Andhra Pradesh govt eyes capital shift to Visakhapatnam after Ugadi

The proposed shifting of the capital to Visakhapatnam is likely to become a reality after Ugadi this year, if the talk in the YSR Congress is analysed. Several ministers have been talking about the shifting and the chief minister's office has made up its mind to move in April, sources said.
