Cold wave: Ooty shivers at 2.8 degrees Celsius

This hill town, which has been experiencing a cold wave for the past 10 days, recorded its lowest temperature of 2.8 degrees Celsius this season on Monday night. Some areas in Coonoor and Wellington witnessed frost formation too.
