5 months after acid attack by uncle, Andhra Pradesh minor girl dies

A 14-year-old girl from Venkatachalam in Nellore district, who was attacked with acid and her throat slit by a close relative, died on Tuesday after battling for life for five months. She had been undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai since September 2022.
