IAS officer KK Pathak's second abusive video goes viral

Senior IAS officer K K Pathak has landed in fresh trouble as another video of him went viral on social media. The video shows the additional chief secretary of excise, prohibition and registration department abusing Biharis and junior officers. Only on Friday, chief minister Nitish Kumar ordered chief secretary Amir Subhani and other top officers to probe into his earlier video of using abusive language for junior officials.
