Bihar-cadre IAS officer abuses junior officials, 'video' viral

K K Pathak, a 1990-batch Bihar-cadre IAS officer and additional chief secretary (ACS) of excise, prohibition and registration department, has landed in trouble after a video has gone viral in which he is allegedly seen using abusive language against the administrative officers. The video, which surfaced on Thursday, shows the senior IAS officer launching personal attack on the deputy collector and also scolding his subordinates.
