IndiGo 'abandons' blind flyer at Dabolim airport

A disabled passenger, Payal Kapoor, travelling from Goa to Hyderabad, had a harrowing experience after the airline (IndiGo) she was booked with failed to provide necessary assistance both at the Dabolim international airport and in flight.
