Amid reports that sympathisers of ‘Waris Punjab De’ (WPD) chief Amritpal Singh may try to stage protests outside the Dibrugarh Central Jail where the radical pro-Khalistan leader was brought following his arrest in Punjab on Sunday, security agencies are keeping a close watch on Dibrugarh-bound trains and flights originating from Punjab and Delhi.
