Punjab: Khanna police arrest 5 members of arms smuggling gang

Khanna police claimed to have unearthed an inter-state weapon supply gang by arresting five of its members and recovering five weapons and ten magazines from their possession. The accused were identified Suresh Kumar (28), a driver of district Sikar in Rajasthan, Gautam Sharma Goru (26) of Islamganj in Jalandhar, Rajinder Meena (22), a labourer of Bhilwara in Rajasthan, Sardar Gujjar (22), a driver of Jaipur and Taqdeer Singh (34) of Khargaon in Madhya Pradesh.
