2008 Malegaon blast trial: Sadhvi Pragya gets emotional in court

BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and six others, accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case, have started recording their statements in a special NIA trial court. Thakur became emotional during the proceedings when asked about the nature of injuries suffered by the blast victims. The accused answered most of the questions with "I don't know" or "not aware." The trial, under the UAPA and IPC, began in December 2018 and there are no more prosecution witnesses left to be examined.
