Jharkhand: Rahul Gandhi meets Hemant Soren's wife Kalpana

Rahul Gandhi met Kalpana Soren, the wife of former Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren, on Monday. This meeting took place a few minutes before a public rally at the Shaheed Maidan in the HEC Complex in Ranchi.
