Delhi cops foil Lashkar terror plot, arrested operative is retd armyman

With the arrest of wanted Lashkar-e-Taiba operative Riyaz Ahmed Rather from New Delhi Railway Station, Delhi Police prevented a significant terror assault in the capital. A cache of weapons and ammunition, including AK-47 rifles that were obtained from across the LoC, was found when LeT's Kupwara module, which Rather, a former armyman, was a part of, was recently busted in the Valley, according to DCP KPS Malhotra.
