Partially burnt body of missing BTech student found in Bengaluru

The body of a BTech student from Bengaluru's Alliance University was discovered in a eucalyptus grove near Anekal, Karnataka. Harshit Kotnala (20), a resident of Haldwani, Uttarakhand, had been missing since February 21. Police found a partially burnt body, along with a mobile phone and a backpack with the student's ID proofs. Preliminary investigation suggests that the first-year computer science student was murdered before being set on fire.
