Cyberpunk 2077 delayed (again) to November — what is going on?

CD Projekt Red today revealed that it’s delaying its big tentpole game, Cyberpunk 2o77, from September 17 to November 19. This is the second time it’s been delayed, as it was originally supposed to have been released by now.
