In Freedom to Operate, Inc. v. Compass Pathfinder Ltd.[1], the Patent Trial and Appeal Board ("the PTAB") denied the institution of post-grant review under 35 U.S.C. § 324 for U.S. Patent Nos. 10,954,259 ("the '259 patent") and 10,947,257 ("the '257 patent").
