(MENAFN - Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, April 20 (KUNA) -- 1928 -- A private British airplane arrived in Kuwait. People wishing to board the plane for a flight over State of Kuwait needed to pay 15 Rupees. 1942 -- State Kuwait and Saudi Arabia signed an agreement, which was known as Musabala, aimed at regulating trade exchange between the two nations. 1973 -- Iraqi forces launched an attack on Kuwaiti territories and occupied two border posts in the north. Iraqi troops penetrated five kilometers deep into the Kuwaiti territories. 1991 -- Kuwait Amir Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah signed a decree over formation of the country's 15th Government, the first following the liberation of Kuwait from Iraq's occupation. This 20-member cabinet, headed by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, was named the government of reconstruction. 2003 -- Former MP Essa Bahman died at age of 72.
