Iran announces suspension of flights with India, Pakistan

(MENAFN)Iran is going to delay flights with India and Pakistan because of the worsening COVID-19 situation in both countries. According to the country�s Civil Aviation Authority, the decision was made to avoid the virus strain discovered in India from reaching Iran, and will be applied on Sunday. The authority did not state the period of the suspension in air traffic. It was important to delay air traffic amid Tehran and New Delhi, describing the virus mutation in India as �very dangerous, �stated Iran�s Health Minister Saeed Namaki.
