Arab League commends Jordanian, Egyptian and Qatari efforts to stop Israel''s aggression

(MENAFN - Jordan News Agency) Cairo, May 22 (Petra) - The Arab League lauded the relentless efforts made by Jordan, Egypt and Qatar to stop Israel's aggression on the Palestinian territories in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.The bloc's Assistant Secretary-General, Hussam Zaki, said the recent crisis revealed a "complete" pan-Arab solidarity with the Palestinian cause at the popular and official levels.Following his participation at United Nations session to discuss Israel's attacks on the Palestinians, Zaki called on taking action to rebuild destruction resulting from the Israeli attacks on Gaza.Spurring support to Jerusalemites'' steadfastness, Zaki said the world has become more convinced of the justice of their cause, amid Israel's ethnic cleansing and forced expulsion.//Petra// AG22/05/2021 12:29:45MENAFN22052021000117011021ID1102114871
