Emir of Kuwait Makes Phone Call to Palestinian President

(MENAFN - Saudi Press Agency) Kuwait, May 22, 2021, SPA -- Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait made a telephone call today to the Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas. During the call, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Sabah welcomed the accord reached to cease fire and to stop hostilities, in Jerusalem, and Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip, reiterating Kuwaiti firm stance as well as unrestricted support for the just Palestinian cause, in order to realize all Palestinian anticipated objectives that would enable establishing the independent state of Palestine with Al-Quds (East Jerusalem) as its capital, in accordance with the international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
