Florida Sen. Marco Rubio entered the presidential race Monday, saying it is time for his generation to take charge of America. The 43-year-old Republican highlighted the story of his parents, who emigrated from Cuba in search of the American dream. He is the third senator to enter the GOP field, along with Rand Paul and Ted Cruz. Manuel Bojorquez reports from Miami.
