Merrick Garland nominated to replace Justice Scalia

Judge Merrick Garland was nominated as the 113th Supreme Court Justice on Wednesday. President Obama decided to select the U.S. District Court judge after seeking the advice of Republicans and Democrats in Congress, constitutional scholars and advocacy groups. Jan Crawford reports.
