Trial underway for Kansas man who threatened congressman, claimed to be 'Messiah'

A criminal trial for Chase Neill, 32, of Kansas, who allegedly developed a "fixation" on Rep. Jake LaTurner and called his office threatening to kill him, will begin Tuesday.
