After successfully completing her master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, she worked in the fashion industry. After hours of unsatisfying work in the industry, she considered searching for a career change, which led her to one of her friends, who recommended a job at an egg donor agency. Realizing that her job is all about helping people achieve their dream of building a family by having their own children, her decision to continue in these footsteps was final.

The company follows a professional and systematic egg donation process. Before starting a donation cycle, they begin with pre-testing that is local to the donor. The pre-testing starts when the donor is matched with a couple and consists of a few medical tests, including an AMH Blood Test, A Psychological Evaluation, and A Genetic Evaluation.

All of these tests are conducted at facilities local to the donor's home at a convenient time. Upon receiving approval of the pre-testing results, there will be a complete medical screening appointment at the fertility center. Once the medical clearance is issued, TLC will finalize the cycle with a legal contract. Each party is given its own legal counsel, so that they are appropriately informed about the donor agreement and feel comfortable with it.

Apart from her substantial experience in infertility services, Tiffany applies her nonprofit management expertise in philanthropy across multiple fields. She is a strong advocate for preserving women's fertility and is dedicated to upholding their right to be concerned about their own fertility issues. Over the years, she helped a number of couples start a new life with their own child.

Among the hurdles Tiffany had in her life, a challenging one was being diagnosed with a rare type of breast cancer. If it wasn't for her courage and willpower, going forward would have been impossible.
