McCafferty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, organization effectiveness, finance, and leadership development and is poised to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth for the organization. He joins Samaritan's Feet from AAA (Auto Club Group and Carolinas) where he served as the Chief Operating Officer, and prior to that, served as the Executive Vice President at GuideOne Insurance Company.
