Why gangster Vikas Dubey got a tight slap from MP cop during arrest

Dreaded gangster Vikas Dubey’s voice was silenced by a tight slap he received on the back of his head from a policeman when he glared at people watching his arrest and growled: "I am Vikas Dubey, Kanpur Wala". Dubey was being escorted to a police jeep when onlookers gathered to catch a glimpse of the police action near Mahakaal temple in Ujjain when he shouted at them.
