Kuemper 'ready to go' if Avs call on him in opener

Darcy Kuemper and Pavel Francouz were both strong as the Avalanche went 12-2 in the Western Conference playoffs to land in the Stanley Cup Final, but Colorado's goaltenders have not been informed who will start in Wednesday's Game 1 against the Lightning.
