Fury says Joshua fight is off after deadline passes

Heavyweight champion Tyson Fury said on Instagram that he has pulled a proposed Dec. 3 bout in Cardiff, Wales, against fellow British heavyweight Anthony Joshua off the table after his self-imposed deadline passed.
