CT governor, Houston mayor bicker after Final 4

Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner have traded barbs after Lamont took a shot at the Texas city following the conclusion of the NCAA tournament's Final Four earlier this week.
