Senior Conservative MP says he 'can't believe' Boris Johnson gave Evgeny Lebedev a peerage

Bernard Jenkin, chair of the UK Parliament's Liaison Committee, was astounding that Lebedev, whose father worked for the KGB, could join the Lords.
