Paralysed Scots cyclist back on his feet thanks to fishing rod rehab

Robbie Bell, 44, from the Isle of Lewis, was left paralysed from the neck down after falling off his bike in August before being rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
