Fly-tippers blasted after Scots council battles mountains of dumped rubbish

Dumfries and Galloway Council were forced to deal with 602 incidents of fly-tipping last year while the National Farmers Union of Scotland has warned that it could have dangerous repercussions for livestock and public health.
