City council car parking charges up again but Bullring can cost seven times more

Birmingham City Council has increased car parking charges on top of record fuel prices and the near year-old Clean Air Zone charge - but an annual pass at Millennium Point is seven times cheaper than the daily rate equivalent at Bullring.
