Civic chiefs call for special meeting to probe Gloucestershire Constabulary's 'failings'

Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services identified five areas where the force was 'inadequate' after a police effectiveness, efficiency and legitimacy inspection last year.
