Chelmsford MP Vicky Ford calls on witnesses to share their stories for inquiry into 2,000 deaths within Essex mental health services

The Chelmsford MP was contacted by a former inpatient of Essex mental health services claiming they had allegedly been raped by a fellow patient and laughed at by staff.
