Couple still aboard the Grand Princess describe confusion and anger

After being stranded for days off the coast of San Francisco, the Grand Princess cruise ship finally docked at The Port of Oakland yesterday. Twenty-one people aboard the ship, including 19 crew members are confirmed to to have contracted COVID-19. The process of disembarking the thousands of passengers is underway, yet as of Tuesday hundreds are still awaiting their first steps on land, after what has been a frustrating, sometimes scary ordeal.

LouAnn and David Wood, a couple in their 60s who are still stuck in cabin 232 on the ship, told us about their experience.
