Seattle council members vow ‘inquest’ into police budget; some say mayor should consider resigning

Amid ongoing protests against police brutality, "war zone" actions against demonstrators and calls by some for Mayor Jenny Durkan to step down, the Seattle City Council vowed to take a harder look at the Police Department's budget.
