Newsom says new restrictions will be announced before July 4

Gov. Gavin Newsom addressed the surge in coronavirus cases in California at a Tuesday press briefing and said family gatherings are "one of areas of biggest concern," especially ahead of the 4th of July holiday when families often congregate.
