Unclaimed lotto winnings: Time running out for mystery $16.6M Powerball winner

An unclaimed lottery prize is set to expire at midnight. The ticket was bought in a Tampa-area convenience store. If unclaimed, it would be the largest prize unspoken for since the state joined Powerball in 2009. CBS News correspondent Mark Strassmann reports.
